Currently reading: 'The Price of Politics' by Bob Woodword

I'm really looking forward to reading this book. Last summer, months after starting what would become the political beat at MLive Kalamazoo, our Congressman Fred Upton, was picked for the Supercommittee to reduce $1.7 trillion out of the federal budget over 10 years. There were 6 Republicans and 6 Democrats. This is the inside look at that crisis. While Upton, as far as my Kindle search shows, only shows up as a footnote, I am interested to see what I learn from the "insider's take" from what I already knew covering the story last summer. Also, Michigan's Rep. Dave Camp is one of the "charters" listed in the front of the book.

And Bob Woodword can write a good political book.
